I developed hypertension after my pathology exam

I took medication for decades. So I used this book Soul, Mind, Body Medicine. There are very, very useful exercises in it and one of them is the Near Hand and Far Hand technique, and after a few months the high blood pressure reduced and became normal. This was very astonishing, because I am a Western medicine trained, Doctor Md. And of course I took medication for decades, but using also on top of this. This exercise made it possible that I could reduce the dose, and I felt very healthy again, and I checked my blood pressure frequently, and it was real. So I could stop the medication. A very good case was a female patient came to me because of a pain condition of psoriasis arthritis. It was very severe. She was on medication, including cortisone and morphine. And for the past three years, she has not needed morphine and cortisone. Epigenetics research is increasingly coming to the conclusion that information is the key to transformation.
